The meeting will re deploy and supervise the construction of highways in Jishishan County, Dongxiang County, Tongwei County, Qingshui County, Zhangjiachuan County, Chongxin County, Lingtai County, Huachi County, and the eight counties in 2023. Require all participating project companies to scientifically schedule and steadily construct to ensure that the 8 counties through which the expressway passes will have access to the expressway by 2023.

In 2023, Gansu Province will build 500 kilometers of expressways, promote the construction of six expressways: S32 Linxia Dahejia, Lintao Linxia first-class highway, Tongwei Dingxi expressway, Jingning Tianshui expressway Zhuanglang Tianshui section, S28 Lingtai Huating expressway project phase I, G244 Dazhuangliang Qingcheng section. Ensure the implementation of highways in Jishishan County, Dongxiang County, Tongwei County, Qingshui County, Zhangjiachuan County, Chongxin County, Lingtai County, and Huachi County.

At the same time, in 2023, Gansu Province will also complete the construction of four 200 km national highway second-class highway, including the G309 Qijiananshan Hanjiacha, G312 Shanghai Khorgos Jiepaicun Anmen, G331 Dandong Altay Dahongshan Horezadegai, G213 Ceke Mohan Yuanshanzi Baizhuangzi.

Gansu Province will continue to focus on the construction of county to county highway projects. By 2024, it is planned to build the S10 Fenghe Expressway Zhuoni to Hezuo section of the highway, achieving the connection of highways between Lintan and Zhuoni counties. The construction of the G1816 Uma Expressway Cooperation to Selong Section, G0611 Zhangwen Expressway Selong to Langmusi Section, G327 Line Zhengning to Zhenyuan Section, and G248 Line Jiangguohe to Diebu Section is planned to support the connection of highways to Luqu County, Maqu County, Zhenyuan County, and Diebu County, further improve the transportation infrastructure network, and serve local economic development.
