Recently, the Leneng photovoltaic high-efficiency solar cell module project has settled in the Suxitong Park. The total investment of this project is 516 million yuan, mainly engaged in the development of TOPCon double-sided multi grid high-efficiency battery modules, with a production capacity of 5GW. The project has advanced technical route, high land utilization rate, and the land use scale is less than half of that of similar enterprises. It is expected that the annual sales will not be less than 5 billion yuan after reaching the production capacity.

Suzhou Leneng Photovoltaic Power Co., Ltd. was established in Suzhou City in 2011. It is currently an executive director unit of the China Photovoltaic Industry Association and one of the top 30 global photovoltaic module manufacturers. The company was honored as one of the top ten distributed photovoltaic brands in China in 2020, and was selected as one of the 11th batch of photovoltaic manufacturing industry standard enterprises by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in December 2022; Selected from Bloomberg Global Photovoltaic First Class Module Manufacturers List from 2020 to 2022.

The signing of this project will add new momentum to the development of the new energy industry in Suzhou Xitong Park, and also contribute to the further realization of industrial agglomeration in the park's new energy industry. In the future, the Investment Promotion Bureau will continue to strengthen its service awareness, safeguard the development of enterprises, and do a good job in attracting investment through business, achieving chain extension and strengthening, and driving more upstream and downstream related enterprises to settle in the industrial chain.
