The project is located on Changxing Island, Chongming District, Shanghai, with a total construction area of 393735.16 square meters. It extends north to Changxing Jiangnan Avenue, south to Jinpan Road, east to Fengfu Road, and west to Fengwu Road. The main buildings are 29 prefabricated shear wall residential buildings with 19 to 20 floors, 16 buildings with 1 to 3 floors supporting public buildings, gatehouses, K stations, P stations, and underground garages. This project is a key livelihood project in the "14th Five Year Plan" construction of Chongming Changxing.
